Grey Wolfe: London’s brand new holistic wellness space

Launching this autumn, Grey Wolfe is a brand new holistic wellness space in West London, specialising in bespoke treatments that align the mind, body, and spirit, based on the concept that wellness is so much more than skin deep.

The flagship store based in the London village of Barnes, the wellness spa focuses on tailor-made wellness experiences and teaches clients the core techniques and concepts to carry inner well-being and harmony into their day to day lives.

The Holistic Wellness Method

Grey Wolfe caters to people seeking alternative therapies as a way to heal, grow, and thrive. As such, all products are earth-based and natural, and all treatments are guided by spiritual principles, using circulation boosting hot and cold jade stones and crystal healing, taking experiences beyond the standard scented oils and massage techniques of many day spas.

The Grey Wolfe Method is about taking time. Treatments mould themselves to guests’ needs, and guests are encouraged to spend as much time at Grey Wolfe as they like: resting in their treatment room after their treatment, catching up with their practitioner, sipping a fresh herbal tea, and browsing the shop floor, with recommendations given on which products will suit them best.

The Spa Journey

Met by their therapist on arrival at Grey Wolfe, guests will be taken through a consultation at the Natural Remedy Bar to determine a suitable treatment. This may include a full body massage or facial, or only focus on very specific body areas, and will incorporate relevant crystals and oils, chosen and mixed from the Remedy Bar by the practitioner themselves.

Following the treatment, another consultation will take place and the therapist will explain their findings and conclusions, and will give accessible and tangible lifestyle advice to prioritise wellness and health on a daily basis. By offering these straightforward tools, nutritional tips, meditation techniques, or crystal recommendations, the therapists at Grey Wolfe ensure that the feeling of holistic wellness is maintained and sustained at home.

The Design

Grey Wolfe is a complete wellness sanctuary, a place that people can enter off the busy high street and instantly be enveloped by tranquility, slowing down, and the chance to just take a breath. The treatment rooms enjoy total privacy, with two upstairs and two downstairs (which can be opened up to make a couples’ treatment space), and maintain the cool and refreshing grey stone theme throughout – a neutrality that works seamlessly in tandem with the treatments to encourage calm and balance.

Grey Wolfe is open now. Signature Treatments start from £180 for 60 minutes.
