Bodyism in Notting Hill Launches Crystal Sound Bath Series
Holistic health brand and luxury Notting Hill members club Bodyism has announced a new partnership with well-being expert and best-selling author Jasmine Hemsley. Kicking off on 7 November 2023, the club will host a monthly sound bath exclusively for Bodyism members. Running once a month for six months[SH1] , the 60-minute sound bath gently guides members to a deep state of relaxation through soundscapes of harmonised alchemy to release tension and rebalance the mind and body.
The classes will teach the benefits of using music as a healing tool as the room is bathed in the beautiful tones of crystal alchemy bowls lead gently through a blissful movement and breath practice and finishing with sound meditation. Along with Jasmine’s monthly classes, Bodyism also offer members a bi-weekly sound healing session with resident expert Juliet Cohen and bi-weekly breathwork with practitioner Paddy Cavendish. The partnership comes in tandem with a refreshed class timetable at Bodyism including Reformer Pilates, Cardio Barre and Pilates Tone, new for autumn 2023.
Trained Sound Therapist Jasmine Hemsley
As a trained sound therapist, Jasmine has years of experience hosting immersive sound baths using the harmonics of gemstone and crystal alchemy, to create a grounding experience within the rush of daily life. Her most recent book, East by West, based on the ancient Indian health philosophy of Ayurveda, won the Women’s Health Wellbeing Book of the Year award 2019.Through her interest in holistic wellbeing, Jasmine was drawn to the study of sound as an extension of her existing philosophy. Sound therapy quickly became a deep-seated passion as she recognised the feminine, grounding, yin energy of the crystal singing bowls, and the passive meditative experience that “bathing” in the tones and vibrations from playing the bowls offers.

Membership at Bodyism is available for a monthly fee of £300 or yearly fee of £3,600. Jasmine Hemsley’s Crystal Sound Bath Series will take place at 6:30pm on the 7 November and 5 December 2023, followed by 9 January, 6 February, 5 March and 2 April 2024. There is no additional cost for Bodyism members.
