There is also a Japanese sushi & sashimi station, raw bar, dumplings and dim sum, and Asian wok & noodle kitchen as well as a fresh pasta kitchen, hot western dishes, a carvery and a charcuterie table filled with a selection of local and international cheese and meats.
The grande finale is the impressive dessert station which is as pretty to look at as it is sweet with macaroon towers, a milk, dark, white and pink chocolate fountain, hot and cold desserts, soufflés, puddings and unlimited all-you-can-eat ice-cream with six different flavours.
