BLESS Collection Hotels is a new luxury hotel brand from Palladium Hotel Group. The first property will open in Madrid this December 2018, followed by Ibiza in 2019.
The BLESS Collection Hotels brand is built around the concept of Hedonistic Luxury, a unique proposition designed for citizens of the world – modern travellers, sybarites and pleasure-seekers.
The luxury hotel will be located on Calle de Velázquez in the heart of the city’s Salamanca district, offering 111 rooms, rooftop pool, bowling alley, spa and gym, gourmet destination restaurant, three bars and conference spaces.
The hotel’s gastronomic offering – from breakfast to dinner – will be headed up by world-famous Basque chef, Martin Berasategui. Holder of eight Michelin stars (more than any other Spanish chef), Berasategui’s eponymous restaurant has been voted “the best restaurant in the world”. Berasategui will act as the hotel’s gastronomic guru overseeing all the hotel’s food and beverage, with the star being his signature restaurant, Etxeco, set to become a true destination culinary experience.
The property’s interiors have been designed by renowned Spanish designer and architect Lázaro Rosa-Violan, whose vision is to create a quintessentially Madrilenian character with a contemporary slant. Key design features will include ‘sensory architecture’ that will define the hotel ambience, collaborative workspaces and social areas.
The BLESS Collection Hotels brand is built around the concept of Hedonistic Luxury, a unique proposition designed for citizens of the world – modern travellers, sybarites and pleasure-seekers. BLESS Collection Hotels will offer original and innovative services and features created to feed the spirit and allow guests to experience “the best of living”. A personal butler will help guests prepare their perfect ‘BLESS’ bath experience each day, with a range of bath salts, soaps and essences, depending on skin type, mood and other factors. And guests will be able to customise their “resting experience” through various features such as choosing their bed linen, pillow type and sleep scents.
The hotel will also present a non-stop programme of inspirational entertainment drawing on the destination’s cultural agenda – from art and culture to fashion and gastronomy. These “happenings” will include live music, fashion shows, pop-ups, performance & visual art and photography exhibitions.
