As we are heading into winter, using rich and moisturising body lotions is essential to keep our skin smooth, soft and hydrated during the cooler months.

Dr Shyamalar recommends taking shorter showers at tepid temperatures and that we pat dry and apply a good emollient moisturiser whilst the skin is slightly damp for optimal absorption.
