Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves 10

Fresh blueberries 10

Acai-pomegranate juice 150ml

Lime juice 30ml

Club soda 1 splash

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and blueberries. Add the ice, acai-pomegranate juice and lime juice and shake for about 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass, add a splash of club soda and stir.

Sparkling water 150ml

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries, rosemary, and honey. Add the lemon juice and ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into a tall glass, add sparkling water and stir.
