Ahead of Mallorca’s buzzing summer season, Sant Francesc Hotel Singular, Palma de Mallorca, has teamed up with one of the island’s hottest local chefs – Maria Solivellas. Together, they will launch an exclusive rooftop pop-up restaurant ‘CO CA TO NE TA’ available every evening from 16th May – October 2019.
Chef Maria Solivellas
Maria Solivellas is Head Chef at trendy Mallorcan hang-out ‘CA NA TO NE TA’ and this summer, Maria will be heading up a pop-up restaurant at one of Palma’s coolest boutique hotels, Sant Francesc. This will allow visitors, locals and hotel guests the chance to experience her seasonal Mallorcan dishes on a stylish rooftop location, complete with views of the old city and unbeatable sunsets.
Food & Drinks
CO CA TO NE TA at Sant Francesc will be the ultimate place to while away balmy summer evenings, sipping on delicious cocktails, sampling local wines and indulging with her specially curated food menu. To start, guests will cool down with a chilled Almond soup with pear and mackerel as well as a light salad of Lettuce heart with beans, squid noodles and alioli.
