The beauty of Bath: Why visit the exquisite city?

When it comes to finding a city to capture the essence of quintessential Britain, Bath is one of the best to experience.

From the architecture and culture to the shopping and spas, Bath has something for everyone to enjoy. The Georgian gem, located in Somerset, is filled with things to do, see and eat, making the charming city one of the best places for a weekend escape. Here are just a few of the best!

History and Culture

The Roman Baths, being the oldest and most famous historic attraction that bath has to offer, the natural hot springs is a must for all those historians. You could take a wander around the museum of fashion or if you’re an art enthusiast, take a visit to the Victoria art gallery. If interested in all three, you can purchase an online saver ticket, which gives you access to all three. Another great experience is the sweet, 25-minute river cruise is the most scenic way to learn some of Baths History. The small and personal tour is conducted on a 1960’s riverboat, on the river Pulteney, which you can book through Trip Advisor. If you love learning about history and culture, at a reasonable price too, there’s no way you can say no to this little gem!
