The Palacio de los Patos, a multi-award winning boutique hotel located in the heart of Granada in a tasteful reconversion of a historic XIX century palace. The original old palace building boasts of history and grandeur with its classical architecture whilst the new extension offering additional rooms with a more modern design.

Once a spacious and magnificent private estate surrounded by lush gardens owned by the Moreno Agrela family the old palace building reflects the urban bourgeoisie from the second half of the XIX century and is romantically referred to a female being, with voluptuous and suggestive curves.  and holds 20 rooms, including the Presidential Suite, the Reception Hall and the Library. The new building is more masculine with a modern flat structure and straight architectural lines and holds 22 rooms including the Los Patos Haute Cuisine Restaurant.

The villa once home to the Granada aristocracy now holds 20 rooms (4 Dreamer, 9 Deluxe 1 Suite, 5 Junior suites, 1 Gran Suite, 1 Presidential Suite, including the Presidential Suite), the Reception Hall and the Library. The new building is more masculine with a modern flat structure and straight architectural lines and holds 22 rooms including the Los Patos Haute Cuisine Restaurant.

The hotel can be accessed from the street and valet parking is available which adds to the convenience.

Upon arrival, the grand and majestic entrance with its historic architecture immediately adds to the wow-factor. The members of staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and the check-in process smooth.

The Junior Suite

All five Junior Suites are unique in their character and design. Room number 20 which is located on the first floor is a beautiful suite with high ceilings, marble flooring and stunning ornaments and was originally used as the summer sitting room. The large windows with satin curtains together with the bright walls add incredible light and space to the room.

The large king-sized bed is comfortable with Egyptian cotton bed linen. A pillow menu is also available.

The bathroom is marble tiled with a large shower and a separate bathtub with terry towelling.

Breakfast is served daily between 7.30 am – 11 am in the restaurant. Alternatively, a continental breakfast can be ordered to the room including coffee/tea, fresh orange juice, pastries, yoghurt and fruit salad.

The Spa is open between 10 am – 22 pm and located underneath the garden which means it can be easily accessed directly from both the new building and the old palace building.

The area is relaxing with a thermal pool, sauna and steam bath and the perfect place to unwind before dinner.There are also separate areas for massages and spa treatments which are all based on natural cosmetics and techniques with ancient roots supported by modern technicals.
