Get a taste of Italy at Uma Cucina in Ubud, Bali

Popular among walk-ins as well as COMO guests, this Italian inspired restaurant offers a menu made up of delicious dishes created by Australian-born Executive Chef Nicolas Lazzaroni.

Uma Cucina is an Italian-inspired restaurant and lounge bar at COMO Uma Ubud in Bali.

Located on street level before entering COMO Uma, Ubud, this informal and relaxed Italian diner is popular among walk-ins as well as hotel guests.

With two spacious outdoor terraces and one large communal dining table in the middle of the dining area, surrounded by smaller tables, gives the restaurant an airy and homely feel.

The menu uses local fresh ingredients including seasonal vegetables, seafood and meats.

Popular among Australians and Europeans, guests can enjoy handmade pastas, cheeses, sausages and the best wood-fired pizzas in Ubud as well as classic Italian gelatos and granitas.

According to the friendly staff the most popular dishes on the menu are Burrata, Arancini and Fritto Misto as well as the wood- fired pizzas of course.

Every Saturday the restaurant is hosting  jazz evenings, where guests can enjoy live music between 7.30- 9.30pm whilst having their dinner.

On Sundays Uma Cucina is serving up a popular ‘cook to order’ brunch between 11.30am -15.30pm.

On the brunch menu are a range of easygoing classics including freshly-thrown pizzas straight from the brick oven, fish and seafood from the chargrill, antipasti and a selection of great wines and cocktails.

Guests will also enjoy free parking and an optional valet service on the day.

Prices for Cucina Sundays brunch start at 399,000 IDR per person for food and 199,000 IDR per person for the non-alcoholic free-flow beverages.
